Introduction:
 
1. Plastic Wire Gauze Packing

a. Product characteristics:

The packing is made from admixture knit mesh of Polypropylene wire and Polyacrylonitrile wire, therefore it has good chemical stability. The packing is prepared in ?150-250mm cylinders and should be fully filled on the tower section. The packing is corrosion resistant and light(only 120kg per cubic meter), but should be used not higher than 80¡æ in normal conditions.

c. Application fields:

The packing is suitable for absorbing process with pressure 0.1-100Kpa under normal temperature and countercurrent flow reclaiming process with low liquid spray loading e.g. purification of waste gas, etc. It is usually used in low temperature (lower than 80¡æ) to absorb NH3¡¢HCl and SO2 or water soluble solvents like acetone, acrylonitrile, methanol, alcohol, methanal, etc, as well as in the absorption of strong off odor matter like amine, thioalcohol and so on. Consequently it has a good effect in environmental protection field.
 
2¡¢Plastic Corrugated Packing

a. Product characteristics:

The packing has advantages such as light, high capacity, low pressure drop, large specific surface area, easy replacement, etc. It is widely used in unit operations like rectification, absorption and extraction. The material's heat resistance reaches 100¡æ for PP and 150¡æ for PVDF. The packing sheet may be perforated with small holes to increase mass transfer efficiency. If the separation requirement is not high, it needs no perforation to increase sheet stiffness.

c. Application fields:

The packing is widely used in absorption and desorption unit operation. It is especially suitable for those processes with high liquid loading and high operation pressure, e.g. hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid industry, stripping of CO2 and H2S in natural gas, chlorine gas drying, ammonia preparation, purification treatment of waste gases and desorption apparatus.
 
3¡¢PVC Oblique Corrugation Packing

a. Product characteristics:

PVC oblique corrugation packing produced by our company has features such as high temperature resistance, low resistance, large stiffness and convenient to install. It is a good type of packing for cooling towers.

b. Physical properties:

  Heat resistance: higher than 60¡æ.
  Cold resistance: lower than -40¡æ.
  Ageing resistance: no ageing for more than 10 years.
  There is no effect on packing performance under normal water quality conditions  
  (water quality: inlet water concentration is 500mg/L).
  Combustion resistance: Oxygen index reaches 48% .
  Assembly stiffness: no deformation under pressure 300kg/m3 with layer
thickness  250mm.
