a. Product characteristics:

¡ô Large specific surface area, high void ratio and light.
¡ô Obliquity of gas passage is small and regular, so pressure drop is low.

2¡¢ Metal Perforated Plate Corrugated Packing (Mellapak Packing)

a. Product characteristics:

The packing is made from perforated plate with channel corrugation on surface, and remains structure feature of metal wire gauze packing. It strengthens uniform liquid distribution and surface wetting ability, which increases mass transfer efficiency. The unit height is 50-200mm per coil, and the packing is prepared in blocks when diameter is larger than 1.5m.

c. Application fields:

The packing has advantages such as high capacity, low resistance, high mass-transfer efficiency and strong resistance to fouling. It is widely used in unit operations like rectification, absorption and extraction. According to packing types, the applicable minimal tower diameter is 80-200mm while maximal tower diameter reaches 13m, liquid spray density ranges from 0.2 to 200m3/(m2¡¤h) and pressure ranges from vacuum to high pressure. For these reasons it is a type of all-purpose efficient structured packing suitable for chemical industry, chemical fertilizer industry, oil refining, petrochemical industry and natural gas industry, etc.
 
3¡¢ Expanded metal prick corrugated plate packing

a. Product characteristics:

Metal sheet is perforated 70 very small holes with thorn per square centimeter, then is pushed to corrugated sheet, finally it is assembled to coil. Because the wetting ability increases, it still has the excellent separation performance of wire gauze packing when liquid flow is large.

4¡¢Metal Plate-net Corrugated Packing

a. Product characteristics:

A appropriately treated thin metal band is drawn to diamond gauze plate with appointed specification, which cuts down the complex procedures of drawing wire and knitting mesh, while the packing still has the excellent wetting ability and separation performance of wire gauze packing.
